Elektro Değişim has been selling and servicing money counting machines since 1995. On the service side we concentrate on two things: software and currency updates, and maintenance and repair for GLORY machines. We are equally clear about what we do not do; a phone call before you ship a machine is worth more to us than the shipment itself.

The two sides of our service
Software and Currency Updates
Loading new banknote series, defining currencies and updating device firmware. We do this on GLORY, Hitachi and ProNote money counting machines.
Maintenance and Repair
Fault diagnosis, periodic maintenance, cleaning, sensor and mechanical problems, part replacement. Our expertise here is concentrated on GLORY machines.

Send the brand, the model and the problem you are seeing. In most cases that first conversation is enough to tell whether the cause is software or mechanical.

Initial assessment
We tell you whether the work can be done on site or the machine needs to come in. If it is something we cannot do, we say so at the start.

Service
Within Istanbul we can work on site. Machines shipped from other cities are handled at our workshop in Şişli; we explain over the phone how the device should be packed.

Testing and handover
After the work the machine is tested with real banknotes. Nothing is handed back before counting and recognition accuracy have been checked.
Questions about technical service
Do you service every brand of money counting machine?
No. Our maintenance and repair expertise is on GLORY machines. Software and currency updates we also carry out on Hitachi and ProNote devices. If your brand is not on that list, call anyway — if we cannot do it, we will tell you plainly.
Do I have to bring the machine to Istanbul?
If you are in Istanbul we can do most work on site. From other cities shipping is the usual route; we explain how to pack the device over the phone.
How much does the service cost?
The cost depends on the model and on the work involved, so we do not publish a fixed price list. Tell us the brand, model and problem and we will give you the figures on the phone.
I did not buy the machine from you. Will you still service it?
Yes. You do not need to have bought the device from us.
