What we handle
Fault diagnosis
If the machine miscounts, jams banknotes or keeps stopping, we find the cause first. Whether the problem is mechanical or software-related usually becomes clear at the first inspection.
Periodic maintenance and cleaning
Banknote dust is the most common enemy of recognition sensors. Regular cleaning and adjustment prevent most miscounts and spurious counterfeit alerts before they appear.
Sensor and mechanical problems
Worn feed rollers, banknote jams, dirty or failed recognition sensors, counting errors. All of this is within the work we do on GLORY machines.
Part replacement
We replace parts where needed and renew worn feeding and recognition units. We tell you which part actually needs replacing after the initial assessment, and we do not propose replacements that are not required.
Service steps
-
Describe the problem
Send the model and what the machine is doing: miscounting, jamming, raising counterfeit warnings? The symptom points to the fault more clearly than anything else.
-
Initial assessment
From the symptom we tell you whether the work can be done on site and whether a part is likely to be needed, with a realistic time and cost range.
-
Repair and maintenance
On site within Istanbul, at our workshop from other cities. Cleaning and adjustment are done alongside the repair, so the machine comes back serviced, not merely fixed.
-
Testing and handover
The device is tested with real banknotes, including mixed and worn notes. Nothing is handed back before counting and recognition accuracy have been checked.
Questions about maintenance and repair
Which brands do you repair?
Our repair and maintenance expertise is on GLORY machines. If you have another brand, call and tell us the model; if it is work we can do, we do it, and if not we say so plainly. Software and currency updates are a separate matter — there we also support Hitachi and ProNote devices.
My machine miscounts. Is that a fault or an adjustment?
Most of the time it is neither: it is a dirty recognition sensor or a worn feed roller. That group — resolved by cleaning and adjustment — makes up a large share of the work that reaches us. Some forms of counting error do point to a genuine fault; we make that distinction during the inspection.
How often should I have the machine serviced?
A fixed schedule would be misleading, because what matters is how many banknotes you count a day and what condition they are in. For jewellers and exchange offices in heavy use, once a year is usually enough — but if the machine has started miscounting or jamming often, do not wait.
How long does a repair take?
It depends on the type of fault and on whether a part is needed. Cleaning and adjustment work is quick; where a part has to be replaced the timing depends on sourcing it. We give you a realistic estimate after the initial assessment.
I did not buy the machine from you. Will you still service it?
Yes. You do not need to have bought the device from us.
